Carl J. D’Adamo, Esq. (C.J. D’Adamo) is an attorney who focuses his practice on helping seriously injured people recover fair and appropriate monetary damages for their pain and suffering. Mr. D’Adamo’s practice includes representing victims injured in tractor trailer accidents, motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip, trip, and fall accidents, and pedestrian accidents. He also handles Workers’ Compensation claims for employees injured on the job.Prior to joining the Law Offices of Samuel Fishman, Carl J. D’Adamo served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, P.J. Cv. in Atlantic City, New Jersey. During his clerkship, he worked closely with several high profile mass tort injury cases including the Vioxx, Celebrex, and Accutane litigations.
Along with litigating cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. D’Adamo is also certified to arbitrate cases by the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.Mr. D’Adamo received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. While at Rutgers, he was honored with a selection by his peers to serve on the school’s most prestigious law review (Rutgers Law Journal). During his final year at Rutgers, Mr. D’Adamo was also elected by his peers to serve as an Executive Board member of the Rutgers Law Journal. His other academic honors include multiple Dean’s List achievements, the Rutgers School of Law First Year Honors Award, Top Ten Brief in Hunter Moot Court Competition Award, Top Five Oralist in First Round in Hunter Moot Court Competition Award, Honorable Mention Oralist in Octo-Final Round of Moot Court Competition Award, and Top Five Oralist in First Year Moot Court Section Award.
