Daniel Fishman, Esq. is an attorney who focuses his practice on helping injured people recover fair and appropriate monetary damages for their pain and suffering. Mr. Fishman’s practice includes litigating motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and slip, trip and fall accidents. In addition, Mr. Fishman, Esq. advises small businesses and handles various types of small business disputes.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Samuel Fishman, Mr. Fishman served as Legal Counsel for several years for Bank of China International in New York City, one of the world’s largest banks. Mr. Fishman provided legal advice to a U.S. Holding Company, broker-dealer, and futures commission merchant on a broad range of legal, compliance and regulatory issues.
Before serving as Legal Counsel for Bank of China International, Mr. Fishman served as an Examiner for the the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and worked closely with the Securities Exchange Commission to ensure the security and confidence in the U.S. financial markets.
Mr. Fishman received his law degree from the Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Corporate Law.
Mr. Fishman, Esq. obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance from Penn State University.
